India's first patented wearable ECG vest. Clinical-grade 12-lead acquisition in 30 seconds. No trained technician. No electrode placement. Just wear, record, and receive your AI-assisted report.
12 pre-positioned dry-contact electrodes · Lightweight design · Fits any body type
Traditional ECG requires a trained technician, a stationary machine, and up to 45 minutes of patient preparation. DILasa eliminates every one of those barriers with a smart wearable vest that anyone can operate in 30 seconds.
DILasa is designed to meet the same clinical-grade standards as conventional ECG machines — packaged in a portable, wearable format that works anywhere.
No training programme. No dedicated room. No preparation time. Just three simple steps that anyone can follow.
The patient puts on the DILasa vest — just like a standard garment. 12 pre-positioned dry-contact electrodes self-align to the correct anatomical positions. No technician, no gel, no adhesive patches required.
The operator taps "Record" in the DILasa Android or iOS app. The vest streams 12-channel ECG data wirelessly via Bluetooth 5.0 to the smartphone in real time. The full 12-lead acquisition completes in 30 seconds.
The ECG data uploads to the DILasa cloud. AI generates a preliminary interpretation and flags abnormalities in real time. A shareable PDF report is instantly available in-app and via cloud storage. Cardiologist review is available on-demand.
The conventional ECG process was designed for stationary hospitals with trained staff. DILasa was designed for the real world.
DILasa has been clinically validated to produce non-inferior ECG quality compared to conventional 10-electrode placement. Read the clinical evidence
Everything you need to know about the DILasa wearable ECG vest.
Yes. DILasa has been clinically validated to produce ECG quality that is non-inferior to standard 12-lead ECG acquired with a trained technician. This has been confirmed in peer-reviewed studies published in the Journal of the American College of Cardiology (JACC) and presented at ACC and ESC Congress. The pre-positioned electrode design ensures anatomically correct placement for all 12 leads every time.
No specialist training is required. Any healthcare worker — from a village health volunteer to a nurse or GP's receptionist — can operate DILasa. The vest is worn like a garment. A single button in the smartphone app initiates the recording. The only requirement is a smartphone running Android 8.0+ or iOS 13+ and a Bluetooth connection.
Once the 30-second recording completes, the data is transmitted securely to the DILasa cloud platform via the companion app. The AI engine generates a preliminary interpretation — flagging potential abnormalities — within seconds. A PDF report is generated automatically and stored in the patient's cloud record. The report can be shared with a cardiologist immediately via the app or email. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
The ECG recording itself only requires Bluetooth connectivity between the vest and the smartphone — no internet is needed to capture the waveform. The raw ECG trace is also stored locally on the device. An internet connection is required only to upload to the cloud for AI analysis and PDF report generation. This makes DILasa suitable even for locations with intermittent connectivity — data can be uploaded when connectivity is restored.
DILasa holds an Indian Patent granted on July 15, 2025. The device is currently undergoing CDSCO registration (Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, India) as a Class B medical device. A CE Mark application for the European market is also in progress. The company has received BIRAC grant funding under the Government of India's Biotechnology Industry Research Assistance Council programme.
