Yes. The Device + SaaS Pro plan includes a device leasing option, allowing you to start with a low upfront cost and pay a fixed monthly fee that covers both the hardware lease and the full SaaS platform. This is ideal for clinics that want to trial the system or manage cash flow. Lease terms are typically 12–36 months. Contact our sales team for specific lease rates.
We offer a paid 30-day pilot program for qualifying clinics and enterprises. During the pilot, you get a fully-functional DILasa device, access to the SaaS platform, and dedicated support. Pilot fees are fully adjustable against the final purchase or subscription. We also offer a free live demonstration at your facility — no device, no commitment — so you can see the technology before deciding.
All plans include email and chat support during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9am–7pm IST). The Device + SaaS Pro and Enterprise plans include priority support with a 4-hour response SLA for critical issues and 24-hour response for non-critical queries. Enterprise plans also include a dedicated account manager and on-site support visits. Hardware replacement under warranty is typically within 5 business days.
Yes. DILasa has a dedicated government and NGO pricing tier under the Enterprise plan. We support GeM (Government e-Marketplace) procurement, can align billing with PMJAY and state health scheme budgets, and offer volume-based pricing for bulk deployments. For NHM, district health programmes, and NGO health camps, please contact our enterprise team directly to discuss customised terms including deferred payment options.
The Device + SaaS Pro plan is a flat monthly subscription — unlimited ECG reports with no per-scan fees. This means whether you do 10 scans or 500 scans in a month, your cost remains fixed and predictable. The Device Purchase plan includes 50 reports per month on basic cloud access; additional reports can be purchased in bundles. Enterprise plans have negotiated per-device or per-scan rates depending on deployment size.
