Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Heyan Health Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Heyan Health", "we", "us") collects and uses your personal data when you use heyanhealth.com or contact us through it. It is issued under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and the rules made under it. For personal data you submit on this website, Heyan Health is the Data Fiduciary.
This notice covers the website only. Patient ECG data recorded with the DILasa device and app is handled under a separate notice given to the healthcare provider and patient at the point of care.
1. Personal data we collect

Please do not send us patient health information through the website forms.
2. Why we use it
- To respond to your request: arrange a demo, send a quote, answer an enquiry or send a document you asked for.
- To assess a job application you sent us.
- To send the newsletter, only if you subscribed.
- To keep a record of your consent and of our communication with you.
- To protect the website from spam and misuse.
- To understand how the website is used so that we can improve it.
We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you submit a form, and for legitimate uses allowed by the DPDP Act (for example, where you voluntarily give us data for a specific purpose, or to meet a legal obligation). We do not sell your personal data.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers (Data Processors) that help us run the website and respond to you, under contracts that require them to protect it:
- Our web hosting and email providers
- HubSpot (customer relationship management and website analytics)
- Google Analytics (website analytics), when enabled
- WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us through it
Some of these providers may store data outside India. We transfer data only where the DPDP Act allows it. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
4. Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it
- Correct, complete or update your personal data
- Erase your personal data when it is no longer needed for the purpose you gave it for
- Withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights if you die or become incapacitated
- Grievance redressal: have your complaint answered by us (see section 10)
To use any of these rights, email info@heyanhealth.com from the address you gave us, or tell us the phone number you used. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, reply "unsubscribe" to any newsletter email.
5. How we protect it
We use reasonable security safeguards, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls on our database and email systems, and spam protection on our forms. If a personal data breach occurs, we will inform the Data Protection Board of India and the affected people as the DPDP Act requires.
6. Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar technologies from HubSpot and, when enabled, Google Analytics, to measure visits and understand which pages are useful. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work without them.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries and demo requests: up to 3 years after our last contact with you
- Job applications: up to 1 year after the recruitment decision
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe
- Consent records: as long as needed to show that consent was given, including after withdrawal
After this, we delete the data or make it anonymous, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
8. Children
This website is intended for healthcare professionals and organisations. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us data, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will ask for your consent again where the law requires it.
